When you use the PixShrinks image resizer, your image is processed entirely in your own web browser, on your own device. The file you select is read locally in your browser and resized in your browser. It is not uploaded to our servers and we do not keep a copy of it. Once the page is closed, nothing remains with us.
We intend to show third-party advertisements on PixShrinks in the future. Advertisers or ad networks may set cookies or similar tracking technologies that allow them to recognize your browser. If that happens, that tracking belongs to the third party, and their own privacy policy governs it. The presence of ads does not change how your images are processed - your files still stay in your browser.
Like most websites, the hosting platform may record standard technical information such as the pages you visit and the type of device or browser you use. This is used to keep the site working and is kept only as long as the platform requires. We do not sell this information.
